Job summary

This part-time Student Assistant role in the Food & Beverage BioSolutions Digital Transformation team focuses on supporting the development of digital and data-driven solutions that enhance scientific workflows and innovation. The position offers hands-on experience in data management, visualization, and application development within a leading biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at a Danish university in Computer Science, Data Science, Biotechnology, or a related field, preferably early in the academic journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and transformation workflows.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of data visualization solutions, including dashboards.
• Build and maintain applications that support scientific workflows.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Digital Transformation team and the FBB organization globally.

Skills

• Solid understanding of data structures, models, and management principles.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, or KNIME.
• Interest in data visualization; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.

Education

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Tools

• Familiarity with data management and visualization tools, including Power BI.
