Student Assistant - Finance (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Group Financial Controlling & Compliance team with financial closing, controlling, and reporting activities. The position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced finance professionals and contribute to the external reporting process.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field, or have knowledge of automation tools and an interest in finance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial closing, controlling, and reporting processes.
• Prepare reconciliations and assist with calculations such as incremental borrowing rates and business valuations.
• Support the publication of the annual report by liaising with various stakeholders.
• Identify and implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks using tools like Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Plan and organize team activities.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about AI and comfort with tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Interest in automation tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Query.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program is preferred but not mandatory.
