Job summary

This position involves supporting the SDU Climate-Wise Week initiative by creating engaging content and assisting with event logistics across multiple campuses. The role is ideal for students with a background in Energy Systems or Environmental Engineering who are passionate about climate and energy issues.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's program or pursuing a Master's degree in Energy Systems, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in climate, energy, and environmental topics.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple language.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel between campuses as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop materials and content for pop-up events at various campuses.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of event content related to climate and energy.
  • Assist with event logistics, including material delivery and on-site support.
  • Contribute to communication efforts and manage information for volunteer student ambassadors.
  • Collect participant feedback post-events and handle follow-up tasks.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education

  • Enrollment in a higher education program is mandatory.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and event management platforms is beneficial.
