Student Assistant (Data Management, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Data Management Office is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to support data initiatives and contribute to analytical projects. This role involves analyzing customer data, preparing insights, and assisting business stakeholders in understanding customer behavior and performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Economics, Social Data Science, Sociology, or a related field, with at least two years of studies remaining.
• Familiarity with Python and/or SQL; experience in data analysis and manipulation is advantageous.
• Experience with surveys, customer feedback analysis, or quantitative research methods is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive and self-driven with a genuine interest in creating business value through data.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the quarterly Net Promoter Score (NPS) process, including survey distribution, analysis of results, and communication of insights.
• Support analytical projects by gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to address business questions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create data extracts, reports, dashboards, and presentations to translate data into actionable insights.
• Assist the Data Engineering team with tasks related to the Common Data Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and support data-informed decision-making.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program.
