Student Assistant - Commercial Data Analyst

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Commercial Excellence team in a global company while gaining practical experience. The position requires a commitment of approximately 15 hours per week, focusing on systems enablement and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Danish higher education institution, ideally with at least 2 years remaining.
• Field of study in business, economics/management, analytics, statistics, or a related area.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM, CLM, and BI systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support key commercial platforms including CRM, contract management, and reporting tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards and insights in Salesforce and Tableau.
• Conduct data cleanup and analysis, ensuring data quality.
• Create user guides and training materials for data interpretation.
• Plan and deliver a self-driven project focused on commercial data and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and present project progress and results.

Skills
