Job summary

The role involves managing strategic accounts within the Ocean Division, focusing on business development and sales of marine products and services. The position is based in the Nordic region, with responsibilities that include promoting products, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the commercial or Merchant Marine industry, or familiarity with marine equipment
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Previous experience as a Key Account Manager is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language (Danish or Norwegian)
  • High digital competence, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Structured approach to task management

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth and business development for key accounts
  • Follow established sales processes to promote products and services
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on complex sales opportunities
  • Manage frame/fleet agreements and set pricing strategies
  • Conduct regular account reviews and stay informed about market and competitor activities
  • Support customers throughout the sales process and improve customer experience
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and industry partners
  • Travel within the Nordics and Europe as required

Skills

  • Strong commercial judgment and execution
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Education

  • Relevant educational background in business or marine-related fields is preferred.
