Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing inventory accuracy, operational compliance, and loss prevention within retail operations. The Specialist will analyze discrepancies related to inventory, cash, and fraud, and will work to implement corrective actions and improved processes.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, loss prevention, audit, or financial controls.
• Practical experience in investigating inventory variances and fraud.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills, including root cause analysis.
• Experience in developing SOPs and process documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy and compliance across markets.
• Analyze inventory adjustments and stocktake results.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve inventory issues.
• Investigate significant discrepancies and recommend actions.
• Conduct root cause analyses and track remediation plans.
