Job summary

The role involves supporting the rollout and execution of global adjacent products and service initiatives within a retail environment. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, operations, customer experience, training, project coordination, or related fields.
• Experience in cross-functional and/or global environments.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of global adjacent products and service initiatives.
• Coordinate store readiness and alignment on processes and tools.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and operational guidelines for global consistency.
• Collaborate with clusters to adapt frameworks to local needs.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate alignment across markets and share best practices.
