Solutions Engineer (Asset & Wealth Management, Remote)

This role focuses on supporting strategic clients in the asset and wealth management sector by providing tailored solutions and driving measurable business value through a consultative approach. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client needs and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in asset and wealth management, preferably in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.
• In-depth knowledge of financial and portfolio reporting, including performance measurement and regulatory disclosures.
• Proven commercial acumen with the ability to influence purchasing decisions and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify client goals and challenges in asset and wealth management.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business pain points related to portfolio analytics and data quality.
• Create and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by providing relevant market insights.
• Translate complex client requirements into effective solution designs that showcase ROI.
• Assist new clients with onboarding by configuring dashboards and analytics aligned with their goals.
• Work with product, engineering, and client success teams to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to implementation.
• Foster strong post-sale relationships to support client adoption and identify growth opportunities.
