Job summary

This role involves designing IT solutions that enhance the efficiency of Commercial teams, particularly focusing on Market Access solutions in a regulated environment. The position is part of a Global IT organization that emphasizes product management and lifecycle thinking, aiming to deliver impactful digital solutions for various commercial functions.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree, preferably a Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Market Access solutions
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Background in regulated environments
• Experience in start-up or scale-up settings

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and evolve Market Access solutions, focusing on the Model N platform
• Define and evolve solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance
• Drive the implementation of new solutions and enhancements
• Support stable system operations and guide incident resolution
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners
• Act as a liaison between business and IT for effective solution designs
• Contribute to governance activities, including documentation and compliance
• Support testing, validation, and release activities
