• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality management practices

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance
• Supervise Site Agents and Supervisors, providing leadership on operational matters
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Plan and coordinate site activities in collaboration with management
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance for compliance
• Maintain comprehensive site records including quality documentation and logs
• Identify and escalate operational risks as necessary
• Lead site briefings and safety meetings
• Assist in cost control and resource management
• Mentor junior site staff to enhance team capabilities

Education
