• Handle subcontractor accounts, valuations, and variations while maintaining budget integrity.
• Collaborate with planning teams to ensure realistic progress reporting.
• Maintain thorough records to support commercial outcomes.
• Negotiate effectively with clients and their representatives.
• Report risks early and follow senior management directives as necessary.
