Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational link between site supervisors and installation teams
• Drive compliance with safety and quality standards on-site
• Manage daily reporting, handovers, and project documentation
• Plan and coordinate mobilization and installation activities
• Support team development and motivation

Skills

• Leadership and coaching skills to motivate the supervisor team
• Ability to oversee installation of wind turbine generators (WTGs)
• Strong coordination skills with various project stakeholders
• Effective communication for operational updates and compliance management

Education

• Relevant educational background in engineering or related fields preferred

Tools

• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools
