• Effective communication skills for client and regulatory interactions.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Eligibility to work in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Direct construction activities for a pharmaceutical laboratory and office retrofit project, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, including mechanical and electrical leads, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, coordinating retrofit activities to minimize operational disruption.
• Implement quality control procedures and oversee inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Interface with clients, designers, and regulatory inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify construction risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients regarding project status and budget performance.
