• Analyze and recommend innovative delivery options and ensure adherence to organizational procedures and standards.
• Manage safety compliance and advocate for safe work environments.
• Establish and communicate risk mitigation goals, developing metrics to track progress.
• Direct vendor management to ensure compliance with contracts and performance standards.
• Oversee financial aspects of construction projects, driving cost-effective solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, implementing necessary controls.
