Site Budget & Contract Lead (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves overseeing site budgeting and contracting activities in a fully remote capacity, aimed at enhancing study startup timelines in clinical research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting, with a focus on country budget build
• At least 2 years of oversight in site budgeting and contracting
• Proficiency in data explanation and decision-making processes
• Strong understanding of country/site budgeting and contracting strategies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in local language and English

Responsibilities

• Manage escalations and review of site budgets and contracts to ensure timely execution and adherence to study startup forecasts
• Develop, negotiate, administer, and execute Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets for assigned countries
• Oversee budget setup and parameter development for assigned countries
• Collaborate with Study Startup, SB&C team, and Clinical Operations as an escalation point for global budget issues
• Utilize industry tools and data sources to provide feedback on budgets and contracts
• Identify potential delays and implement solutions to ensure sites are ready to enroll
