Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in leading technical operations, service delivery, or data centre environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, globally distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and critical environment operations.
• ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global service delivery strategy for data centre operations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre services, ensuring reliability and performance of critical infrastructure.
• Act as the executive sponsor for service delivery and operational performance, maintaining a visible presence with customer stakeholders.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop high-performing global teams while fostering collaboration across regions.

Education
