Service Coordinator

Job summary

The Service Coordinator will oversee and support a team of Service Technicians in Denmark, ensuring effective communication between customers and technicians while achieving operational goals. This role involves planning daily activities, providing administrative support, and maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; university education preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in service coordination
• Experience in leading or supervising a small team is a plus
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Proactive with a strong initiative
• High computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in Danish and communicative level of English

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate workloads for Service Technicians to optimize resource use and meet productivity targets
• Supervise technical and safety aspects of service work, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
• Review service reports and technical documentation for accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvements for productivity and service quality
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams
• Lead coordination meetings and provide updates on backlog and priorities
• Schedule service jobs and manage customer communications
• Track preventive maintenance activities and manage documentation in planning systems
• Oversee procurement processes and maintain accurate administrative records
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and perform site safety follow-ups
• Address customer concerns to support satisfaction
• Log service activities and prepare monthly invoicing packages
