Job summary

This role is a strategic position within the People team, focusing on shaping a global Total Rewards strategy. The individual will collaborate with executive leadership and various stakeholders to drive fair and competitive rewards decisions while addressing complex Total Rewards challenges.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in total rewards roles with a strong focus on strategy and business partnering in a global context.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on complex rewards issues.
  • Deep knowledge of total rewards philosophies, pay equity, and geo-tiering principles.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex Total Rewards concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in fast-growing, global, and remote-friendly organizations is preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to shape Total Rewards strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Design and articulate Total Rewards frameworks that ensure strategic alignment and competitive positioning.
  • Provide strategic counsel on compensation philosophy and job architecture evolution.
  • Integrate Total Rewards strategy into critical talent programs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, influencing cross-functional initiatives with a Total Rewards perspective.
  • Drive education efforts to enhance organizational understanding of Total Rewards principles.
  • Lead risk assessment initiatives to identify challenges in Total Rewards and propose solutions.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance Total Rewards analysis and decision-making.
  • Represent Total Rewards in executive forums and mentor junior team members.
  • Stay updated on market trends and innovative Total Rewards practices.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Total Rewards software and analytics tools, as well as AI technologies for data analysis.
