The Senior Total Rewards Partner will be instrumental in developing and enhancing a global rewards strategy that aligns with business growth and employee engagement across various international markets. This strategic role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and rewards programs.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related People functions, particularly in global organizations.
  • Proven track record of advising senior executives and influencing stakeholders on complex compensation issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation strategy, pay equity, job architecture, and geographically distributed workforce compensation models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex rewards concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment in navigating ambiguity and change.
  • Interest in utilizing AI and emerging technologies in Total Rewards processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leaders and stakeholders to develop global Total Rewards strategies.
  • Design and communicate compensation and rewards frameworks for consistency and competitiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation philosophy and geographic compensation strategies.
  • Integrate Total Rewards principles into talent initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional projects involving finance, legal, and operations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational understanding of compensation programs.
  • Identify trends and regulatory developments, implementing proactive solutions.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools for compensation modeling and decision-making.
  • Represent the Total Rewards function in leadership discussions.
  • Mentor colleagues to enhance rewards expertise across the organization.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and advanced analytics for compensation modeling.
