Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a senior Talent Acquisition position.
  • Proven track record in international hiring and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a proactive approach.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other regulated industries is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Ability to work in a structured, data-driven manner while maintaining flexibility.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, refining role requirements as necessary.
  • Lead proactive sourcing initiatives for niche and challenging roles.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
  • Enhance employer branding within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to improve processes and workflows.
  • Utilize data and KPIs to enhance recruitment performance.
  • Support recruitment activities across various locations, including travel as needed.

Skills

  • Strong foundation in talent acquisition with a focus on complex international recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for recruitment strategy improvement.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with recruitment software and data analysis tools.
