Job summary

The role involves managing the complete recruitment process for both business and technical positions, focusing on scaling the organization globally. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, develop strategies, and enhance the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• University degree
• 4-6 years of in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
• Experience hiring across business functions and some technical roles
• Strong recruiting experience in the DACH market; additional experience in the UK, France, Spain, Latam, or the US is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers to establish hiring needs and strategies
• Provide market insights and influence hiring decisions
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for key markets
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
• Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Utilize recruitment data to improve hiring effectiveness
• Stay updated on market trends and recruiting technologies
• Support employer branding initiatives
