Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 4-6 years of in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
  • Experience hiring across business functions and some technical roles
  • Strong recruiting experience in the DACH market; additional experience in the UK, France, Spain, Latam, or the US is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to establish hiring needs and strategies
  • Provide market insights and influence hiring decisions
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for key markets
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize recruitment data to improve hiring effectiveness
  • Stay updated on market trends and recruiting technologies
  • Support employer branding initiatives

  • Fluent in English

Education

  • University degree required

Tools

  • Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies, ideally Greenhouse and/or Ashby
