Job summary

The role focuses on transforming sustainability goals into actionable solutions for global customers in logistics. As a Senior Sustainability Manager, you will leverage your expertise to foster partnerships and promote decarbonisation services within a global framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in sustainability, decarbonisation, energy transition, or consulting
• Proven track record in business development and customer engagement
• Experience with large enterprise customers, ideally in transport and logistics or supply chain

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic accounts by identifying and converting decarbonisation opportunities
• Shape customer strategies with tailored decarbonisation approaches
• Lead discussions and provide guidance on decarbonisation pathways
• Support negotiations and develop compelling business propositions
• Contribute to the development and improvement of decarbonisation services
• Design and refine sustainability products and methodologies
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt service offerings and strategies

Skills

• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate sustainability challenges into scalable solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience operating in a global matrix organisation

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
