Job summary

This role focuses on driving growth in the Aerospace & Defence sector, particularly in the Nordics region, by managing key strategic accounts and expanding the company's market presence. The position involves collaboration with both regional and global teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in selling large, complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales at the C-level with clients generating over €1bn in revenue.
  • Experience with lengthy sales cycles in a competitive market, particularly within the defence and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Aerospace & Defence industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Key Account Strategy for designated strategic accounts.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from customer engagement to managing RFI/RFP submissions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with service delivery and partner teams.
  • Work with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to foster internal collaboration and support.
  • Lead partnerships to capitalize on complex Aerospace & Defence opportunities.
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders to align and achieve strategic goals.

Skills

  • Strong sales acumen in enterprise software, particularly in regulated environments.
  • Ability to drive value-based outcomes and manage large accounts effectively.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with enterprise software sales tools and CRM systems.
