Senior Solutions Engineer (Remote, Technology)

Job summary

The role involves leveraging technical expertise to assist clients in overcoming complex data challenges using a Data Intelligence Platform. The position requires building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with sales and technical teams to deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with clients to create narratives and address their needs.
• Ability to independently present technical solutions and identify customer pain points.
• Proficiency in a core programming language, preferably Python.
• Knowledge in Big Data Analytics and familiarity with public cloud platforms.
• Experience in solution architecture and Data Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain successful client relationships to provide technical and business insights.
• Engage clients through hands-on evaluations and programming, integrating with cloud ecosystems and third-party applications.
• Contribute to the technical community by participating in workshops and seminars.
• Serve as an advisor on Big Data Analytics architecture and design.
• Create reference architectures, how-to guides, and demo applications for customers.
• Develop skills in pre-sales and aim to transition into an independent Solutions Architect role.

Education
