Job summary

The role involves partnering with Sales and Customer Success to drive solution engagement and achieve revenue targets. The consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, deliver tailored demonstrations, and support the sales process through effective solution design and bid support.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in SaaS pre-sales
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Strong commercial acumen with a value-based sales approach
  • Excellent problem-solving and objection handling skills

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to identify suitable solutions
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather customer requirements
  • Design scalable solutions that align with client needs
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations showcasing solution benefits
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs to support business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deal closure
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including C-Level executives
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Create and refine video content for demo automation
  • Support pipeline generation activities as needed

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
