Job summary

The role involves serving as a technical authority and trusted advisor, focusing on customer engagement and sales enablement within the technology sector. The Solutions Architect will work closely with sales teams and partners to address customer needs and enhance product understanding.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in a technical presales role within the Enterprise Sector.
  • Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
  • Strong customer relations experience with a focus on understanding client goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and how offerings meet their needs.
  • Create and maintain value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
  • Participate in all phases of planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
  • Advise sales teams on effective positioning of products and solutions.
  • Onboard and educate partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
  • Create collateral and collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
  • Communicate customer and community needs to engineering and leadership teams.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance both sales and technical skills.
