Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Extensive manufacturing experience, preferably in the food or dairy sector.
• Proven senior leadership experience in large-scale production environments.
• Strong background in operational excellence and site transformation.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
• Experience in managing CAPEX investments.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic capabilities.
• Proficient in talent development and succession planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language, preferably Danish.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and ensure team success using the SQCDMP performance framework.
• Develop and manage the Factory Strategic Plan, assessing risks and planning for crises.
• Drive leadership development and succession planning within the team.
• Implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure visibility of product economics and implement cost-effective measures.
