Senior Service Sales Director (Offshore, London/Aarhus/Hamburg)

Job summary

This role involves leading a team of Service Sales Managers to identify and pursue new offshore service sales opportunities while closely partnering with customers to understand their commercial needs. The position requires shaping the commercial structure of complex offshore service bids and guiding the team through tender preparations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with strong financial and commercial insight.
• Relevant higher education in commercial or technical fields, complemented by professional experience.
• Ability to clearly present complex topics with authority.
• Strong customer focus and understanding of commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a quick adaptability to new tools.
• Experience in service sales for large-scale wind turbine or offshore projects is advantageous.
