Qualifications

  • Proven experience in people leadership with strong financial and commercial insight.
  • Relevant higher education in commercial or technical fields, complemented by professional experience.
  • Ability to clearly present complex topics with authority.
  • Strong customer orientation and understanding of commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in service sales for large-scale wind turbine or offshore projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Service Sales Managers to identify and pursue new offshore service sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their commercial needs and create value.
  • Shape and manage the commercial structure and risk exposure of complex offshore service bids.
  • Guide the team through all stages of tender preparation as a proactive commercial leader.
  • Utilize appropriate commercial strategies to deliver competitive and balanced offerings.
  • Work with global stakeholders to implement commercial strategies and risk principles into effective offshore service solutions.
