Qualifications

  • Proven experience in people leadership with a strong grasp of financial and commercial principles.
  • Relevant higher education in commercial or technical fields, complemented by professional experience.
  • Ability to clearly present complex topics with authority.
  • Strong customer orientation and understanding of commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; quick adaptability to new tools.
  • Experience in service sales related to large-scale wind turbine or offshore projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Service Sales Managers to identify and pursue new offshore service sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to deliver value while addressing their commercial needs.
  • Oversee the commercial structure and risk management of complex offshore service bids.
  • Guide the team through all phases of tender preparation as a proactive commercial leader.
  • Utilize appropriate commercial strategies to create competitive, balanced, and risk-mitigated offerings.
  • Work with global teams to translate commercial strategies and risk principles into effective offshore service solutions.
