Job summary

The role involves addressing DMPK challenges in drug discovery, particularly for brain diseases, by designing and interpreting in vitro DMPK assays. The Senior Scientist will guide research teams on DMPK aspects to optimize drug-like properties and support molecule development.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant life science field.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in ADME/DMPK.
• Strong knowledge in areas such as biotransformation, metabolic stability, and drug-drug interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee in vitro DMPK assays related to drug metabolism and transport.
• Serve as the DMPK project representative in research design teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in medicinal chemistry and biology.
• Develop and implement hypothesis-driven studies to enhance DMPK understanding.
