Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent advanced degree in life sciences or a quantitative discipline.
• 10–15+ years of experience in biopharma, particularly in R&D strategy or competitive intelligence.
• Deep understanding of obesity and metabolic disease biology.
• High learning agility with familiarity in multiple modalities such as peptides and antibodies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and synthesize competitive intelligence in metabolic health, including competitor publications and patent literature.
• Analyze and visualize complex datasets to inform research strategy and portfolio decisions.
• Create high-impact communications, including briefings and presentations for senior executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align on strategic questions and options.
• Develop repeatable competitive intelligence products to support leadership decision-making.

Skills
