Job summary

This role is a senior commercial position focused on driving revenue growth in collateral management and securities financing. The specialist will position the platform as the preferred choice for clients and manage complex sales cycles while collaborating with various teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in collateral management, securities financing, or related fields, with a mix of buy-side operations and enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record in managing pipelines, executing enterprise deals, and achieving revenue targets in a B2B software or financial services context.
  • In-depth knowledge of buy-side client operating models and their motivations for selecting collateral and securities financing solutions, including regulatory considerations and risk management.
  • Strong network within the asset management and financial services sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global sales strategy for collateral management and securities financing.
  • Lead complex sales processes from discovery to closure, collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and address any deviations from sales plans.
  • Articulate a cohesive value proposition for clients regarding collateral management operating models.
  • Collaborate with product and commercial teams to ensure client needs are met and to enhance service delivery.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and forums.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of industry concepts such as triparty collateral management, repo, and securities lending.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives and present compelling business cases.

Education

  • Relevant degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with collateral management platforms and financial services tools is advantageous.
