Job summary

This role involves serving as the Global Process Owner for Customer Master Data, focusing on standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of master data processes on a global scale. The position requires strong collaboration across various functions and the ability to influence change among diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process ownership and governance, particularly in digital or commercial sectors.
• Background in master data management, data collection, or data analytics.
• Experience in developing and implementing master data policies and procedures.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global standards and governance frameworks for Customer Master Data.
• Identify and lead initiatives for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Digital teams to align on data strategy and requirements.
• Manage and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives and embed standardized practices.
• Work with local data owners to resolve data quality issues and support the adoption of global standards.
• Advocate for the importance of Customer Master Data as a strategic business enabler.
• Act as a liaison between Digital teams and business end users to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
