Job summary

The role involves acting as the initial point of contact with potential customers, focusing on establishing rapport and generating interest in a SaaS platform. The position requires collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Managers to drive pipeline growth for both existing and new clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create engagement strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance prospecting skills and team performance.
  • Conduct research to identify key contacts and account information within target accounts.
  • Engage in prospecting through cold-calling, networking, email, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to transition them into the sales pipeline.
  • Understand and articulate the platform's advantages to decision makers.
  • Manage sales cycle functions including forecasting, reporting, and CRM maintenance.
  • Drive attendance to webinars and conferences, ensuring follow-up post-events.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and competitive market landscape.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly performance metrics.

Education

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
