Qualifications

• Proven experience in risk management and control, specifically within operational risk.

• Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English is essential.

• Participate in the 2nd line of defence Risk Management Function.
• Maintain an overview of operational risk to ensure effective management.
• Engage with various stakeholders to assess and challenge risk exposure.
• Analyze complex proposals and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain operational risk-related policies and processes.

• Strong analytical thinking and structured approach with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education
