Job summary

As a Senior Reporting Specialist, you will operate within a dynamic international setting to enhance business performance and support strategic decision-making through effective financial insights. You will ensure the accuracy of topline reporting and develop KPI frameworks while providing financial analysis to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex international environments, particularly in growth-stage companies or high-performing finance teams.
• Strong background in business controlling, performance measurement, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and support senior leadership across different countries.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus.

Education
