Senior Property Operations Manager

Job summary

The Senior Property Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational, financial, and strategic performance across a designated portfolio of properties. This role involves leading multiple properties and onsite teams to ensure high standards of service delivery, resident experience, financial outcomes, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in property management, hospitality, or residential operations
• Strong financial skills with a track record in budget and KPI management
• Proven leadership capabilities in team development and management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related discipline

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance and customer service across the property portfolio
• Establish and implement standards, processes, and resource allocation for the portfolio
• Identify operational gaps and optimize resource and asset utilization
• Manage site presentation, safety, and quality of partner/facility services
• Own budget management, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Drive cost optimization and collaborate with Asset Management and Finance on business plans
• Ensure accurate reporting in relevant systems
• Achieve leasing and occupancy targets while monitoring KPIs
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety regulations, and audit readiness
• Enhance resident experience and manage online reputation
• Act as the primary operational liaison with senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Lead and develop onsite teams, focusing on talent development and performance management
