Senior Product Marketing Associate (MedTech, Hybrid/Northern Europe)

Job summary

This role involves supporting regional marketing initiatives for the Trauma & Extremities portfolio in Northern Europe, providing a pathway towards future Product Management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, product support, or a commercial role
• Experience in healthcare or MedTech is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Confident communicator across various functions and seniority levels
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-country environment
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of localized marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance campaign execution
• Coordinate regional events, customer meetings, and congresses for high-quality delivery
• Manage and distribute marketing materials and sales support tools, adapting global content for local needs
• Track marketing budgets and support purchase order processes
• Maintain marketing tools, platforms, and promotional inventory
• Collaborate closely with product managers, sales teams, and business unit leaders across Northern Europe
• Develop product and market knowledge, including competitive landscape, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
