About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the visual and verbal identity of a fast-growing health technology company on a global scale. The Global Creative Lead will set the creative direction, drive campaigns from concept to delivery, and enhance the brand's storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in art direction, creative production, and design execution.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic, video, and motion work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Experience in developing campaign concepts and executing them to completion.
  • Understanding of social media performance, particularly on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, capable of crafting briefs and captions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the visual direction across all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency.
  • Define and maintain the visual identity system across various formats and channels.
  • Lead the production of creative assets for social media, websites, and campaigns from concept to final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead to manage content production.
  • Develop campaign concepts and write supporting copy that aligns with the visual work.

Skills

  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.
  • High standards for quality and speed in creative execution.
  • Ability to act as a creative partner, pushing ideas further and enhancing output.

Education

  • Relevant degree in design, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Tools

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and other design tools.
