Job summary

This role focuses on leading the global automation and infrastructure of the CRM function, transitioning from manual processes to scalable, automated systems. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance the MarTech stack and optimize data flows for effective experimentation and personalization.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations, emphasizing automation and MarTech infrastructure in a global context.
  • Proficient in enterprise CRM platforms like Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a solid grasp of multi-channel orchestration.
  • Strong technical knowledge of modern MarTech ecosystems, including CDPs and analytics tools, with familiarity in Amplitude, HighTouch, and data warehouses like Redshift.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, and Airtable, aimed at minimizing manual tasks and enhancing scalability.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and webhooks for data integration and automation (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Redesign campaign triggering and coordination to minimize manual builds and develop scalable automation systems for lifecycle journeys.
  • Manage the integration of core marketing platforms to ensure reliable data flow and eliminate inefficiencies in the CRM ecosystem.
  • Streamline campaign workflows to enhance speed and accuracy while implementing low-code/no-code solutions for automation.
  • Establish systems for rapid A/B testing and foster a culture of continuous experimentation and performance enhancement.

Education

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), workflow automation tools (Make, n8n), and data analytics tools (Amplitude, HighTouch, Redshift).
