Qualifications

  • Strong writing and storytelling abilities to create engaging social-first content.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the social media strategy across key platforms, including editorial planning and audience engagement.
  • Expand presence in strategic online communities and forums.
  • Lead employee advocacy initiatives by providing resources and frameworks for internal contributors.
  • Monitor social listening platforms for actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging social content.
  • Manage influencer and partnership initiatives aligned with brand goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies based on engagement and business impact.
