This role focuses on transforming innovative audiological research into practical solutions for the market. The Senior Commercial Research Audiologist will lead key initiatives to ensure clinical evidence is effectively communicated to hearing care professionals and individuals with hearing loss.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Audiology, preferably with clinical experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial or clinical audiology, research translation, or product-related roles.
• Proven ability in applied research, including study design and data interpretation.
• Strong communication skills for simplifying complex data into clear messages.
• Experience in stakeholder management within a global, matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and priorities across functions.
• Leadership skills to guide and coach team members.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial audiology deliverables for product releases, ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate complex audiological solutions into clear messaging for various brands.
• Contribute audiology insights to product and feature development.
• Drive research activities, ensuring solid methodology and clear outcomes.
• Represent Commercial Audiology in external engagements and key account interactions.
• Potentially lead and develop a small team of Commercial/Clinical Research Audiologists.
