Qualifications

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in digital media, with a background in both client-side and agency environments.
  • Proven experience in leading digital media strategy and execution on a global scale.
  • Strong track record in managing large media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global media strategies and plans across all digital channels.
  • Translate strategies into actionable media plans for key markets, ensuring effective execution.
  • Establish best practices, utilize appropriate Adtech, and drive test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and investment plans, ensuring measurable returns on investment.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with both global and local media agencies.
  • Monitor media performance, drive optimization efforts, and support internal media education.

Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in search, social, and programmatic media.
  • Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, media, or a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with various Adtech platforms and media planning tools.
