Job summary

The role involves developing impactful member experiences and supporting CRM lifecycle strategies within a global membership ecosystem. The position is part of the Membership & Personalisation team and focuses on enhancing engagement and retention across the member journey.

• Strong ability to support cross-functional initiatives and build stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to translate insights and member behaviors into actionable initiatives.
• Experience with data analysis and customer insights to inform decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align diverse audiences.
• Good understanding of CRM capabilities for personalized lifecycle experiences.
• Positive and proactive team player, comfortable in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing CRM lifecycle strategies to enhance member engagement and value.
• Identify member behaviors and lifecycle opportunities using data and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver CRM initiatives.
• Support lifecycle planning, prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align lifecycle journeys with broader strategies.
• Partner with CRM Hub and Product teams to deliver connected lifecycle experiences.
• Review lifecycle performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is beneficial.
