Senior Business Developer (Banking, Nordic Capitals)

Job summary

This role involves leading the implementation of key elements of a banking strategy aimed at transitioning to a next-generation commercial organization. The position focuses on identifying growth opportunities and developing value propositions for small and medium-sized corporate customers across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in growth strategy or relevant management consulting.
• Hands-on experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) implementation roles such as Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations.
• Knowledge of current Sales & CRM strategies.
• Competence in leveraging data for business improvement; familiarity with SQL/Python is a plus.
• Experience in high-growth industry segments like Defence, Energy, or Venture capital-backed scale-ups is advantageous.
• Master’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Nordea Business Banking’s 2030 strategy.
• Collaborate with data and stakeholders to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop and establish Go-to-market strategies for key market segments.
• Drive initiatives to improve performance in prioritized segments.
• Create new product and service offerings as needed.
• Support the overall development of the Business Banking strategy.
