Specialist, Portfolio & Innovation Insights

Job summary

This role focuses on leveraging consumer insights to influence product portfolio and innovation strategies. The Specialist will work closely with Product and Consumer Insights teams to identify consumer needs and support the development of innovative products.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Product Research, Innovation Research, or a related field.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience in conducting concept, product, and innovation research.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong analytical thinking, insight synthesis, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute various research programs including concept tests and product tests.
• Identify consumer needs and motivations to inspire product development.
• Integrate consumer understanding throughout the product development process.
• Connect insights from multiple sources to identify patterns and business implications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and insight activation sessions.
• Coordinate with research partners to ensure high-quality project delivery.
