Job summary

The Owned Media Lead is responsible for planning and optimizing CRM communication across various channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp. This role focuses on leveraging customer data to create personalized marketing journeys and ensuring alignment with commercial goals through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in CRM or media planning, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in digital channel management.
  • Proficient in campaign performance tracking and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize CRM communication in line with the local marketing calendar.
  • Utilize the Marketing Automation Platform to create data-driven customer journeys.
  • Oversee global email and push activities to ensure alignment of communications.
  • Deliver personalized content using customer data to drive conversion and membership growth.
  • Coordinate with Paid Media Leads for omni-channel consistency in campaigns.
  • Collaborate with production and commercial teams to execute campaign plans.
  • Plan local events and partnerships related to the membership program.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of email, app, and digital channel management.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly.

Education

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
