Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience in Facebook user acquisition for web-based B2C products, especially in Tier-1 international markets.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume advertising budgets, ideally exceeding $200K/month.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads best practices, including campaign structure and scaling methodologies.
  • Experience with automation tools and AI-supported workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale Facebook user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital products.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns while overseeing substantial advertising budgets.
  • Maintain and enhance advertising account structures and operational processes.
  • Develop creative testing frameworks and analyze performance data for optimization.
  • Implement automation initiatives to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor key acquisition metrics and refine strategies based on performance insights.
  • Document workflows and best practices to support long-term growth.
