Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally within the fashion sector.
• Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and its synergies.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily site activity plans based on customer group insights and optimize digital performance according to global guidelines.
• Ensure full funnel optimization of the digital customer experience on websites and apps.
• Analyze sales performance, web analytics, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving digital sales and customer engagement.
• Share insights and learnings with relevant teams to enhance the digital experience and inform global strategies.
• Monitor and optimize delivery, payment, and return options to drive profit growth.
• Collaborate with commercial managers and e-commerce leads to execute digital strategies effectively.
